游戏无需账号即可游玩。我们不通过游戏收集或分享个人信息，不接入广告、应用内购买、分析统计、用户追踪或社交聊天服务。核心游戏资源随安装包提供，核心玩法可离线使用。
关卡进度、局内状态、用时、个人最佳成绩、教学完成状态、语言、声音与震动设置保存在设备本地，用于恢复游戏和提供所选设置。游戏不会将这些记录发送给开发者服务器。游戏不请求访问位置、联系人、相机或麦克风。
Android 或设备厂商可能根据您的系统设置备份、恢复应用数据；此类系统服务由相应服务提供者按其政策处理，我们无法通过游戏访问这些备份。
本游戏面向 8 岁及以上用户，包括儿童。游戏没有账号注册、聊天、用户上传内容、广告或购买功能。我们不通过游戏主动收集儿童个人信息。家长或监护人如对隐私有疑问，可通过上述邮箱联系我们，请勿在邮件中提供儿童的身份证件、位置或其他不必要的个人信息。
本地游戏记录保留至您通过系统设置清除应用数据或卸载游戏；系统备份中的数据需依照系统或备份服务设置管理。清除游戏数据会删除本机进度和成绩。游戏没有服务器账号，因此没有在线账号删除流程。
如果您主动发送客服邮件，您的邮箱地址和邮件内容将用于处理该咨询，仅在解决问题、必要后续处理或适用义务所需的期间保留。您可以通过客服邮箱提出查阅或删除相关邮件信息的请求。邮件服务提供者可能为交付和存储邮件处理这些信息。

Effective September 20, 2026. Applies to the Google Play Android app com.aithinks.arrowescape, also named 箭箭有解.
No account is required. We do not collect or share personal data through the game. The game has no ads, in-app purchases, analytics, tracking, chat, or user uploads. Core gameplay works offline. Progress, game state, elapsed time, personal best scores, tutorial status, language, audio, and vibration preferences are stored on your device to restore gameplay and settings. The game does not transmit these records to our servers or request location, contacts, camera, or microphone access.
Your operating system or device provider may back up or restore app data according to your system settings and that provider's policies. We do not access those backups through the game.
The game is intended for users aged 8 and above, including children. We do not knowingly collect children's personal information through the game. Parents or guardians may contact us with privacy questions. Please do not email children's identity documents, location, or unnecessary personal information.
Local records remain until you clear app data or uninstall the app. System backups are managed through your system or backup service. Clearing app data removes local progress and scores. There is no online game account to delete.
If you email support, we use your email address and message to respond and retain it only as needed to resolve the request, provide necessary follow-up, or meet applicable obligations. You may email us to request access to or deletion of support correspondence. Email providers may process messages for delivery and storage.
The game opens this page in your browser only when you tap Privacy policy in Settings. A website request may involve normal access logs, including IP address, time, and browser information, processed by website hosting/CDN providers to deliver and secure the page. These requests are separate from offline game records. This page contains no ads, analytics scripts, forms, or tracking pixels.
Local data relies on your device's storage and system protections. Keep your device and system accounts secure. Material changes to data practices will be reflected here with an updated effective date and any required notices or consent.
